John McAleer
VP of Business Development & Marketing
John McAleer, was born and raised in Camp Pendleton, CA until age 7. After his father, a disabled Korean War veteran, was discharged from the U.S. Navy, John’s family settled in Kensington, Maryland. Here, he graduated from Walter Johnson High School and enroll in a union carpenter apprentice program. Upon successful completion of this training, John used his Carpenter’s knowledge to gain 30+ years of experience in commercial construction. He also discovered his true passion for design-build construction management.
McAleer has served as the Regional Manager of Fort Berthold Development Corporation (FBDC), District of Columbia. He specialized in federal contracts with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). At FBDC, McAleer oversaw all aspects of commercial government projects, including design-build, contract negotiations, coordination of capital and operating expenditures, and implementation on marketing strategies. Currently, McAleer serves as Vice President, 3PH, LLC – a SDVOB, federal contracting firm located in the Nation’s Capital Region. McAleer is responsible for operations, business development, procurement logistics, marketing and strategies, quality control, and managing the project teams.
McAleer resides in Leesburg, VA.
