Rick Woodward

Rick Woodward began his journey in the construction industry at an early age by working with his father in Williston,North Dakota. During his time at his father’s construction company, Rick learned the business and developed an excellent work ethic.

After high school, Rick enlisted in the United States Army, where he also learned the  Army Core Values –   Duty,  Honor, and Country.  Rick instills these core values both in his personal life and in business. During Rick’s tour in Vietnam, he was highly decorated and was honored with various medals including, three Purple Hearts.  Upon Rick’s return from Vietnam, he enrolled at the University of North Dakota & Dickinson State College to study business.

Rick was the founding member, and President of FAME (First American Management Enterprises.)  FAME provided consulting services both in the private sector as well as to several tribal 8A firms, in the federal government program. Rick has over 20 years’ experience in consulting and managing construction firms participating in the 8A program, including successful completion and management of over $100M in business with the federal government.

In 2013 Rick founded 3PH, LLC a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, and currently serves as CEO. 3PH,LLC is a commercial contracting firm, located in Frederick, Maryland. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned firm, 3PH, LLC is committed to supporting our nation’s veterans both directly and through our efforts to create opportunities and career avenues in contracting.
